Signature Preferred Card Not Present or CNP is a Visa interchange category used to determine the fee for transactions that take place with the credit card not present at businesses other than travel services.

Note: As of 2023, Visa is no longer using Signature Preferred Card Not Present as an interchange category itself, and it is no longer listed in the published interchange schedule. We’re leaving this article for historical purposes, but will not be updating it since this category no longer exists as named.
